A 10-second Standard video uses 15 credits: about $3.72 on the $9.90 Duo Pack, or about $2.73 on the Pro plan. HD uses 20 credits for the same length.
Every account gets 3 free scene previews, no card needed. Making the video itself costs credits, which come from a plan or a credit pack.
A credit pack is a one-time purchase whose credits never expire. A monthly plan adds fresh credits every month at a lower price per video.
Plan credits expire at the end of each billing period (30 days) and do not roll over. Credits from a credit pack never expire, and they are spent only after your plan credits run out.
Plans renew every month until you cancel in Settings → Billing. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and every video you downloaded stays yours.
Failed generations are refunded to your credit balance automatically. For a purchase, ask within 14 days: if none of its credits have been used, we refund it in full. Details are in the refund policy.
Credits pay for the AI models that generate your videos and previews, run by third-party providers. The current details are in the Terms of Service.
